Cancellation Policy

By submitting your application or attending a session, you agree to the following: 1. Registration & Refund Policy Applications: All participants must have a completed and approved application on file prior to attending. (21&up Only Please) Refunds: Workshop fees are non-refundable. A refund will only be issued in the event that a session is canceled by Suite B Network. In such cases, a confirmation will be sent via email or text. Schedule Changes: While we do not anticipate changes to the scheduled time or location, Suite B Network reserves the right to make adjustments. In emergency circumstances, participants will be notified of any changes at least 24 hours before the event. 2. Device Liability & Maintenance Equipment Responsibility: Participants are responsible for their own personal or business equipment. Suite B Network is not responsible for any devices (phones, laptops, tablets, printers, etc.) brought to the workshop. Device Performance: Suite B Network is not liable for any operating issues or hardware/software failures occurring before, during, or after the course. We highly recommend regular device maintenance by a certified IT technician (e.g., Geek Squad or your device provider). No Storage: For security reasons, do not request to leave your device with Suite B Network staff, at the venue, or with another participant. All equipment must remain with the owner at all times. 3. Code of Conduct We are committed to a respectful and inclusive atmosphere. Zero tolerance is maintained for the following: Theft, profanity, or verbal/physical abuse. The presence of weapons or concealed carry at the workshop location. Racism, sexism, or any form of discriminatory behavior or harassment. Plagiarism or the unauthorized use/theft of intellectual property shared during the sessions. Participants found in violation of this Code of Conduct will be asked to leave immediately without a refund and may be barred from future events. 4. Professional Boundaries Our facilitators are here to teach and guide you during the scheduled session. Please respect the professional nature of the workshop by focusing on the curriculum and following the instructions provided to ensure the best experience for everyone.
