Lasting Tributes, Custom Documentation, Media & Photography Privacy

• Information Collection: We collect personal details, "Destination Capture" images, and legacy content specifically to fulfill your requests for Content, Lasting Tributes, Photography, and Custom Design.

• Use of Data: Your information is used exclusively to create Custom Digital and Print Media, manage Web Builds (including websites and booking), and coordinate Emails or Social Media.

• Creative Security: We treat your sensitive data, such as information for grave markers or keepsakes, business and brand "Images" with the highest level of care and artistic integrity.

• Data Ownership: You retain the rights to your personal story and legacy assets provided for our digital and print services.

 

Terms & Conditions

Design Integrity & Digital Use

• Intellectual Integrity: We deliver unique, original Graphics, Logos, and Brand Packages; we require that any content you provide for Web Content or Print Media is your own intellectual property.

• Custom Design Ownership: Upon completion of Custom Design projects, including Typography and Business Templates, the rights for usage are transferred to the client for their business or personal legacy.

• Web & Social Media Use: While we provide the creative Web Content and Social Media assets, the client is responsible for the final management and legal compliance of their online presence.

• Service Scope: Our Support covers the creative execution and management of Feature Pieces (for resale or marketing), Lasting Tributes, and Digital Assets, but does not extend to third-party hosting or external platform failures.
